  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatched
  • Develop ideas with failure analyze team to tackle technical issue
  • Electronic system and component’s diagnostics, trouble shooting, repair work
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Build positive relationships with customer
  • Support the Engineers with ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Diploma in the relevant Computer Networking discipline.
  • Develop ideas with failure analyze team to tackle technical issue
  • Proactive and self-driven personality
  • Have interest in problem-solving and challenge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Words
