- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatched
- Develop ideas with failure analyze team to tackle technical issue
- Electronic system and component’s diagnostics, trouble shooting, repair work
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationships with customer
- Support the Engineers with ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma in the relevant Computer Networking discipline.
- Develop ideas with failure analyze team to tackle technical issue
- Proactive and self-driven personality
- Have interest in problem-solving and challenge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Words
